The Brief

Alex Winegardner is a PGA Tour Canada veteran turned elite instructor. We built the digital platform that put his Trackman simulator sessions on a waiting list.

The Challenge

No email list, no online booking, and a website that didn't communicate the pedigree of a PGA Tour veteran. Walk-in and referral bookings were the only channel.

The Approach

New site anchored on Alex's credentials and student results. Online booking integration with automated follow-up. Email list built from lesson completions + local golf community partnerships.

The Outcome

Lesson bookings increased 180% in the first three months. Email list grew to 12k. Trackman simulator sessions are now sold out 8 weeks in advance. Instagram following grew 2.9×.
