Prism Studio provides web development, digital marketing, SEO, brand design, e-commerce, and related services ("Services") to clients on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or proposal agreed between the parties.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive ownership of the specific deliverables produced for their project, as outlined in the relevant Statement of Work. Prism retains ownership of all underlying tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required materials (copy, images, credentials) in order for Prism to deliver Services on schedule. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Prism.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Prism reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days. Any costs associated with recovering unpaid amounts (including legal fees) will be the client's responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our Services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Prism in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Third-Party Links
